The Comedy Vault Presents: Your Next Favorites

Join us for a handpicked selection of some of the best comics around. Featuring a mix of established and up-and-coming talent, these comedians are some of our favorites and soon to be yours.

Jack Baker: A staple of comedy in and around Chicago, Jack Baker has built a reputation for himself as a local heavyweight with his unique blend of intimate stories and subversive observation. A regular at all the top clubs in Chicago, Jack has delighted audiences for more than 14 years, sharing the stage with such comedic powerhouses as Bobcat Goldthwait, Dana Gould and Liza Treyger. His debut special, Jack Baker’s Disease, just passed 70,000 views on YouTube.


Kevin Wood: Kevin Wood has been bringing laughs since 2012, both to the stand-up stage and the radio airwaves. With self-deprecating takes on gaming in your 40s, new fatherhood, and how to quickly lose a retail job, he is sure to bring a funny and relatable point of view.


Elaine Golden: Elaine Golden is a Chicago based stand-up comedian and writer, known for her mix of quick wit, charm, and storytelling. She performs at Chicago venues including the Laugh Factory and Zanies. Elaine has headlined shows around the country and opened Dan Donohue and Hannah Jones.


Brian Bixby: Bryan Bixby is a Chicago-based comic (formerly from Portland, OR) who’s been in the game since 2015. Originally from the small town of La Farge, WI, he tried comedy for the first time in high school at the age of 15 and continued performing at local events throughout his teenage years. After moving to Portland, his quick wit, twisted takes, and rapid-fire delivery made him a staple in the comedy scene, earning him the title of “Portland’s Funniest Person” from Willamette Week. A regular at Helium Comedy Club and Tacoma Comedy Club, and an established headliner at bars, clubs, and theaters all around the Pacific Northwest, Bixby was a four-time finalist in Portland’s Funniest Contest, three-time finalist in the Oregon Comedy Competition, and two-time winner of the City vs. City Comedy Smackdown. He’s played at comedy festivals and clubs across the country, worked with comics like Dave Attell, Kyle Kinane, and Jeff Arcuri and has been heard on The Doug Stanhope Podcast. Since relocating to Chicago in 2024, Bryan has performed at places like Laugh Factory, Zanies, and Comedy On State, appeared at festivals including Madison Comedy Week and Motor City Comedy Festival, and can be seen headlining at comedy clubs and Indie shows throughout the Midwest and beyond.
