Securing your tickets in advance is the best option. Our tickets are the same price whether you buy them online or in person.

How do I obtain our tickets?

Do you offer gift cards?

We sure do! When you want to purchase tickets for someone, we suggest that you order a gift card instead of purchasing tickets, unless you are planning on attending the show with them. We have a zero-tolerance policy for hecklers and customers having conversations amongst themselves during the show (aka Table Talk). Hecklers, and anyone else who disrupts the show, will be asked to leave without the option of a refund and a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill.

Comedy Vault Ticket Protection is a per-ticket purchase and applies individually to each ticket in your cart.

*Please Note: All cancellation requests must be sent to protection.comedyvault@gmail.com Cancellation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.

All shows are on a first come first serve basis. We seat cabaret style based on the size of the party. We will make exceptions for handicap, disabled, and/or any other situations on a case-by-case basis. We suggest you come as early as possible to get seats closer to the stage. We do not offer any standing room tickets.

Can we sit with our friends who also bought tickets?

Our staff will do the best we can to seat you with your entire party. If you have a party of 6 or more, please make a note on your ticket order or contact us before the show to let us know. Since it is first come first serve seating, we cannot guarantee that your entire party will be able to sit with each other especially as we get closer to the start of the show. Parties of 7 or more will be sat towards the back of the room or on the side of the stage.

Can we move tables or rearrange seating?

No, guests may not push tables together or rearrange seating. Seating is assigned to ensure the best experience for all guests. Do you charge any additional service fees?

We charge a percentage on all ticket sales for service fees. We also charge a 3% Credit Card Processing fee on all orders during the shows. We also charge a 20% gratuity for all parties over 6 as well as anyone who walks out without signing their credit card receipt or is asked to leave because they disrupted the show.

I was charged twice for my food and drinks! Help!

We pre-authorize your credit card at the beginning of the show when your initial order is taken to ensure that the card is valid. Each bank handles it differently. Some will charge your account for a portion of your check until the final charge goes through. These charges will remain as pending and fall off once the total amount clears. If you ever have any questions about these charges, please reach out to us.

Is there a chance I will be photographed or video recorded while at the show?

Yes. By entering our premises, you grant us permission to snap your photo or capture you on video while you're here.
