Thursday night’s show starts at 7:30pm (doors open at 6:30pm).
Friday and Saturday we have 2 shows each night; a 7pm (doors at 6pm) and a 9:30pm (doors at 9pm)
There may be shows on non-regular show days! Check out our website for our current lineup!
What are your box office hours?
Our phones and physical Box Office open 1 hour before every show. If you get our voicemail, please leave us a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
How do I get a hold of someone when the box office isn’t open?
You can leave a voicemail which will be returned as quickly as possible or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have to be 21 or older to attend a show?
Yes. Unless the show is billed as all ages or 18+, all of our regular shows are 21 or older. You must show a valid ID to enter the building.
What does a typical comedy show consist of?
We usually have a Host, a Feature comic, and our headliner. The show lasts about an hour and a half.
How can I purchase tickets?
The only way to purchase tickets is through our website. We will not accept any 3rd party tickets from any ticket reseller sites. We recommend that you purchase your tickets, in advance, on our website. You can purchase them at the door but a lot of our shows sell out in advance. Securing your tickets in advance is the best option. Our tickets are the same price whether you buy them online or in person.
How do I obtain our tickets?
Our tickets are virtual. There is nothing to pick up, print, or scan from your mobile device. All you need to do is come to the Box Office when you arrive, show your ID, and they will get you checked in. Have your email confirmation handy just in case there are any questions.
What do we need to bring?
Every guest must show us a valid government ID to enter our club.
I can't make it to the show. Can I give my tickets to a friend or family member?
No. We do not allow transfers or 3rd party tickets. The original ticket holder must be present to gain access to our club.
What does it mean when a show is billed as a Special Event?
These shows are premium or have special restrictions. There are no coupons, discounts, or group rates allowed for these shows.
Do you offer a group rate for larger parties?
We have a few different options for parties of 10 or more. You can email us at email@example.com for more information.
Do you have a drink minimum?
Yes. We require a 2-item minimum purchase per person. That can be a drink from our fully stocked bar or something from our food menu.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We authorize your credit card once we start your food and drink order and bring you your paid receipt once the show is done.
Can we leave the venue during the show?
There is no re-entry allowed. Once you leave, you may not come back inside the club without purchasing another ticket.
Can we vape inside the club?
No. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the club at all.
Can I bring a backpack?
No. We do not allow big bags or backpacks inside our club.
Can we talk to the comics?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for hecklers and customers having conversations amongst themselves during the show (aka Table Talk). Most of our comics do not want people talking to them during their set. We enforce the no table talk rule because it is unfair for the people around you to have to hear your comments on a joke when they paid to hear the comic, not you. Hecklers, and anyone else who disrupts the show, will be asked to leave without the option of a refund and a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill.
I am not able to use my tickets, can I get a refund?
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed unless the show is canceled or rescheduled.
Can we pick where we want to sit?
All shows are on a first come first serve basis. We seat cabaret style based on the size of the party. We will make exceptions for handicap, disabled, and/or any other situations on a case-by-case basis. We suggest you come as early as possible to get seats closer to the stage. We do not offer any standing room tickets.
Can we sit with our friends who also bought tickets?
Our staff will do the best we can to seat you with your entire party. If you have a party of 6 or more, please make a note on your ticket order or contact us before the show to let us know. Since it is first come first serve seating, we cannot guarantee that your entire party will be able to sit with each other especially as we get closer to the start of the show. Parties of 7 or more will be sat towards the back of the room or on the side of the stage.
When do the doors officially close?
We close the box office and doors 5 minutes after the show starts. Anyone that arrives after that point will not be able to attend the show.
Can we take pictures during the show?
No. There are absolutely no pictures or video recordings allowed during the shows. If you are caught filming or taking pictures, you will be asked to show us your phone, delete any footage you took, and you will be asked to leave.
Where can we park for the show?
There is street parking on Wilson Street. We have a parking lot behind the club that is permit parking for overnight only so you can park there for the show. There are parking lots just east of our building and down River Street, as well as a parking garage.
Can we stay after the show and continue to drink and eat?
No. We are not set up as a restaurant or a bar. We have several amazing restaurants within walking distance of the club that would happily help you continue your evening fun.
Can I order food and drinks throughout the entire show?
Our bar and kitchen open as soon as the doors open. We do a last call for food around 30 minutes before the show ends so that everyone has time to enjoy what they order. The last call for drinks is 15 minutes before the show ends so that our staff has time to get you your last drink and process all the payments before the show ends.
Can we meet the comics?
That is entirely up to each comic and will be announced during the show if they plan on doing a meet and greet or are selling any merchandise.
The show says it’s sold out on your website. Can we order tickets at the door?
No. Once a show is sold out on our website, it is completely sold out.
Do you charge any additional service fees?
We charge a percentage on all ticket sales for service fees. We also charge a 3% Credit Card Processing fee on all orders during the shows. We also charge a 20% gratuity for all parties over 6 as well as anyone who walks out without signing their credit card receipt or is asked to leave because they disrupted the show.
I was charged twice for my food and drinks! Help!
We pre-authorize your credit card at the beginning of the show. Our system charges $1 to your card to make sure that the card is valid. Each bank handles it differently. Some will charge your account for a portion of your check until the final charge goes through. These charges will remain as pending and fall off once the total amount clears. If you ever have any questions about these charges, please reach out to us.
