Join us during Downtown Batavia’s Holiday Sneak Peek for an evening of laughter, warmth, and community spirit! ☕️✨
Stop by The Vault to warm up with hot cocoa and cider, and for the grown-ups — enjoy one of our festive JELLO shots to kick off the holiday cheer! 🍸
🎤 Step up on stage and tell your best joke for a chance to win fun prizes: • Adults can win free tickets to our upcoming show, GenXish (Nov 9) • Kids can win passes to our All Ages Improv Event (Dec 14)
💛 We’re also giving back to the community! With SNAP benefits currently on hold, local families need our support more than ever. 🧺 Bring a nonperishable food donation for our local food bank, or 🐾 Drop off pet supplies for Starfish Animal Rescue — every donation earns you a voucher toward a future show at The Comedy Vault.
Come in, warm up, share a laugh, and help make the season a little brighter for our community.

  • All Sales are Final. We do not allow refunds or exchanges unless the show is canceled or rescheduled.


  • Ticket Protection is an optional insurance that allows you to cancel your order up to 24 hours before showtime and receive a venue credit for a future event. The credit will be equal to the purchase price minus the protection fee*.

  • By upgrading your purchase, you are choosing to protect all of your tickets. Comedy Vault Ticket Protection is a per-ticket purchase and applies individually to each ticket in your cart.

  • *Please Note: All cancellation requests must be sent to protection.comedyvault@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.


    • We require a two-item minimum per person in the showroom. This can be met with any food or drink items from our menu.


    The Comedy Vault is committed to making our shows as accessible as possible. Our main entrance and seating area are wheelchair accessible; however, please note that our restrooms require navigating two steps. If you require assistance or specific seating arrangements, we encourage you to contact us at comedyvaultbatavia@gmail.com before your visit. Additionally, please include any accessibility needs in the "Notes" section when purchasing your tickets so we can reserve an appropriate spot for you. Our team is happy to help ensure you have the best experience possible!
