Ian Edwards is a stand-up comedian, actor, and writer, recognized for his sharp wit, dark humor, and provocative content. He has made several appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience, Kill Tony, and Don’t Tell Comedy. During his appearances on TigerBelly, hosted by Bobby Lee, Ian discussed comedy and shared his experiences in the industry. He also hosts The Soccer Comic Rant on the All Things Comedy Network, where he discusses soccer (football) with a comedic twist. Ian has appeared on Ari Shaffir’s Skeptic Tank, sharing insights into his life and comedy career, and on The Comedy Store Podcast, which delves into the history and stories of The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Ian's writing credits include Co-Executive Producer of Survival of the Thickest (Netflix), Supervising Producer on The Last O.G., and Executive Story Editor on Crashing, an HBO series about the life of a struggling comedian in New York. He also wrote for Undercover Brother 2, Black-ish, 2 Broke Girls, and served as Co-Producer on Friends From College (Netflix) and Consulting Producer on The Carmichael Show. His additional writing work includes Black Dynamite, Dogg After Dark, Saturday Night Live, The Boondocks, Chocolate News (Comedy Central), and The Big House (with Kevin Hart). He is also a regular on the comedy circuit, performing at clubs and festivals across the country. Ian’s style often tackles challenging social issues with a biting, no-holds-barred approach, making him a unique voice in the comedy world.
